We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@sovira.uk. Returns must be sent to the address we provide. We have different return addresses by region and will choose the best based on your location. We will email you return details and instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, we sometimes offer free size exchanges. Please email us if the product you ordered doesn’t fit so we can check what we can do. Variant/color/product exchanges must be done by returning the product and placing a new order.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled as our warehouse is fully automated, and we purchase shipping labels and dispatch products within about 12 hours after ordering. The order is already in transit, and the customer must wait for the package to arrive to return it. We're here to help.

However, we may occasionally be able to change address details, sizes, or variants at the last minute. If the customer notices something is wrong, they should contact us as soon as possible.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
